American high productions JAN 2026 - current
Throughout my internship, I have worked on a variety of creative projects and have really seen what goes on behind the scenes in film and TV production.
Some of my responsibilities included reading scripts and doing script coverage, which was super interesting because I got to learn more about storytelling and development. I also helped run the Academy at American High's Instagram page by creating graphics and helping with posts.
One of my favorite parts was being in person because every day was different. I helped with things like insert pictures for the Pizza movie, setting up for premieres at the studio, prepping a restaurant set for an upcoming Netflix show, and I even got to do some background acting!
What I loved most was how much the team trusted my creative ideas, especially when helping. It made me feel confident as a creative person and a filmmaker.Loaded Pixel MAY 2025 - AUG 2025
Working at Loaded Pixel really lit a spark in me and showed me what it’s like to do what I’m so passionate about in a work setting. I worked as a production assistant on professional sets, including Wawa commercials and other smaller productions. I was able to see the production process for a project from concept creation through delivery. I was able to see what goes on in an office, and I completed pre- and post-production office tasks, ranging from basic tasks like printing documents and finding royalty-free song selects to more complex tasks like organizing digital files and editing short videos.
My Films
Embrace - Directed and Choreographed
Embrace is about a dancer who is afraid of physical touch due to past trauma. It was made during my study-abroad semester at FAMU, a film school in Prague. This film was shot on 35mm and was an absolute blast to make. I grew up a dancer, so not only did I co-direct this film, but I also arranged all of the choreography. It was an exceptional project that combined two of my passions: filmmaking and dance.
Embrace was completed in December 2025 and has already been screened at three film festivals, including Lift Off: First-Time Filmmakers, Philadelphia Film Society: Springfest, and Salt City Film Festival, where it won second place overall!
Broken Glass - Wrote and directed
Broken Glass is about a group of friends who explore an abandoned house and get locked in the basement when they realize one of their friends is missing. This was a super entertaining and dramatic film that really let me explore the possibilities of my creativity.
Chevelle - Director of Photography
Chevelle is a film directed by Duncan Laster based on his grandfather’s car. It was a fun, heartwarming story that was too good to film. I shot it on a Sony FX2 and got to use some cool filming techniques like utilizing a car mount. It was such a great experience to make, and the shots came out incredible
On Its Own Time - Wrote and Directed - Current project.
I am currently in pre-production for my next film, On I’s Own Time. This film shows how two strangers could drastically affect each other's lives without either of them knowing. It follows Sadie and Noah. Sadie, an aspiring singer battling writer’s block, is unable to confront her emotions. Noah's writing is incredible, yet he struggles to get his passionate articles published. Their lives are in proximity, but will they ever meet?

Professional Productions
Wawa
I have had the opportunity to work on numerous Wawa commercial sets as a production assistant. It taught me how to deal with the fast-paced environment of a professional set. I was able to understand better the organizational aspects that make a professional set so different from a student set.
Reacher
Even though I only got to work on one day of reshoots when Reacher was shooting near me, it showed me how much I love scripted shows and movies. I kept lockup on set and learned to stay calm even when pedestrians were screaming at me. It was such a fun experience, and I cannot wait to continue working on projects like this!
Eagles Pre-Season games -PMTV
Last fall, before returning to college, I got the lifetime dream to work games for my home NFL team. GO BIRDS! I was a production assistant with the broadcast team at PMTV. I got to see how live television works and deepen my learning while watching the team I have supported since I was a kid play!
Pizza movie
I had the opportunity to help with this fun college film by being in insert pictures of party goers. Even though I played a small role, I was able to achieve the goal of seeing myself on a big streaming platform!
Minimum wage
I’ve had the opportunity to work on the upcoming Netflix show Minimum Wage! Can’t wait to tell more about it and for everyone to see such a fun show when it is out!
